    • We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 499. This policy is designed to provide added value and convenience to our customers. For orders below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Option:

    • COD is available for orders between Rs. 499 and Rs. 10,000. A small handling fee of Rs. 20 is charged to cover the processing costs associated with COD transactions. This fee is included in the order summary before checkout.

Return Window and Conditions:

  • 2-Day Window for Specific Reasons:

    • Customers must request a return within two days of delivery for issues such as receiving a damaged, missing, empty, duplicate, used, incorrect, or expired product. These cases qualify for a full refund or replacement, subject to verification.
  • 10-Day General Return Window:

    • For other reasons, such as dissatisfaction with the product, customers can request a return within 10 days of receipt. The products should be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and freebies.

Packaging and Condition for Returns:

    • Returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, price tags, labels, and any accessories. Products should not be used, damaged, or altered in any way. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the return being rejected.

Pick Up and Delivery for Exchanges/Replacements:
