The Inner Circle is WorthyCart’s exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our valued customers. Members earn points with every purchase, enjoy personalized product recommendations, and get access to exclusive offers, birthday surprises, and much more.

You can earn Worthy Points through:

  • Shopping: Earn points based on your tier level. For example:
    • Starter Tier: Earn 2% of your purchase value in points.
    • Essential Tier: Earn 3% of your purchase value in points.
    • Premier Tier: Earn 4% of your purchase value in points.
  • Referrals: Earn ₹10 cashback when a friend you refer makes their first purchase over ₹999.

You can redeem your Worthy Points for discounts on your purchases.

  • 1 Worthy Point = ₹1 off your transaction.
  • You can redeem points on transactions equal to or above the value of your points.
  • Points must be redeemed within 12 months of earning them.

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Please note that redeemed points are non-refundable.

Yes, Worthy Points expire 12 months after they are earned. For example, points earned in January 2024 will expire in January 2025 if not redeemed.

If your spending drops below the minimum requirement for your current tier, you may be downgraded to a lower tier. You’ll receive an email notification if this happens.

Yes, Worthy Points cannot be earned or redeemed on:

  • Gift card purchases.
  • Exclusive collaborations or clearance sales.

Absolutely! As a member, you’ll enjoy:

  • Early access to promotions.
  • Invitations to members-only events.
  • Limited-time deals and personalized product recommendations.

Yes! During select promotional events, you can earn points at 2x or 3x the normal rate. Bonus redemption rates may also be available (e.g., 1.5x points for ₹1 during promotions).

Yes, we believe birthdays should feel extra special! You’ll receive bonus points during your birthday month:

  • Starter: 100 points
  • Core: 300 points
  • Elite: 400 points

You can track your points balance in your account dashboard. You’ll also receive regular updates via email.
