Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

How to Return an Item:

  • Requesting a Return:

    • To initiate a return, log in to your Worthy Cart account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the order you wish to return. Follow the on-screen instructions to request a return, specifying whether you seek a replacement, exchange, or refund. You can also contact our customer support team for assistance.

Return Window and Conditions:

  • 2-Day Window for Specific Reasons:

    • Customers must request a return within two days of delivery for issues such as receiving a damaged, missing, empty, duplicate, used, incorrect, or expired product. These cases qualify for a full refund or replacement, subject to verification.
  • 10-Day General Return Window:

    • For other reasons, such as dissatisfaction with the product, customers can request a return within 10 days of receipt. The products should be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and freebies.

Packaging and Condition for Returns:

  • Item Condition:

    • Returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, price tags, labels, and any accessories. Products should not be used, damaged, or altered in any way. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the return being rejected.

Pick Up and Delivery for Exchanges/Replacements:

  • Scheduling

    • Once your return request is approved, our logistics team will arrange for the pickup of the item(s) from your address. You will be notified of the pickup schedule via email or SMS. In case of an exchange or replacement, the new product will be dispatched after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Delivery of Replacement Products:

    • The replacement product, if applicable, will be dispatched within 2-4 business days after the returned item is received and passes our inspection. You will receive tracking details for the replacement shipment.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Non-returnable Products:

    • Some products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons, such as (Makeup - Like Lipstick, Foundation, Compact ) Tools & Appliances, Sexual Wellness etc.) . Products marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product details carefully before making a purchase.

Receiving a Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item:

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please initiate a return request as outlined above. Provide detailed information and supporting evidence, such as photographs, unpacked video to expedite the resolution process. Our team will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Part of Order Return:

  • Partial Returns:

    • You may choose to return one or more products from your order. In such cases, the refund or exchange will apply only to the returned items. The remaining products in the order will not be affected.

Refunds for Returns:

  • Refund Initiation:

    • Refunds are initiated within 24-48 business hours after the returned products are received and verified by our team. The refund will be credited to the original payment method or to the customer’s bank account in the case of COD orders.
  • Refund Timeline:

    • The refunded amount typically reflects in the customer’s account within 5-7 business days, depending on the bank and payment method used. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
