ROLE
As a Social Media Executive at WorthyCart, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms and leveraging your expertise in social media management, content creation, and analytics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC PLANNING:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute engaging content calendars for Facebook and Instagram.
EXECUTION AND CONTENT CREATION:
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics, images, and videos and the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaign initiatives.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring consistency and optimal timing.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT:
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Monitor trends, feedback, and conversations to inform future content and strategy adjustments.
INFLUENCER COLLABORATION:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers in the fashion and beauty space to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships to maximize impact.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Freshers or 6 months experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
