Role Overview
The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing the company’s HR functions, focusing on recruitment, HR calendar management, onboarding processes, office administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with management to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Prepare and update onboarding materials, including orientation schedules.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires during their initial weeks of employment.
HR Calendar Management:
- Maintain and manage the HR calendar, ensuring all key HR activities and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and schedule performance reviews, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
- Track and ensure compliance with important HR policies.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Plan and organize employee events, activities, and recognition programs.
- Work closely with management to address employee concerns and foster open communication.
Office Administration:
- Assist with day-to-day office administration tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle general office inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
