Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth manager for ecommerce to join our Team. You should have a strong background in e-commerce, a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, a proven track record in marketing and sales to drive growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • - Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • - Set clear goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and action plans.
  • - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.

2. Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • - Lead initiatives to acquire new customers through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • - Utilize targeted advertising, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and other customer acquisition channels.
  • - Implement strategies to retain and engage existing customers.
  • - Develop loyalty programs, personalized marketing campaigns, and optimize the customer experience for repeat business.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • - Utilize data analytics to track and analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and key metrics.
  • - Identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.

4. Product and Brand Management:

  • - Collaborate with category managers to identify and introduce new products or services.
  • - Align with market trends and customer preferences to contribute to overall marketplace growth.
  • - Work closely with Brand managers to devise campaigns and build a strong consumer-facing brand.

5. Partnerships, User Experience, and Reporting:

  • - Form strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant brands, influencers, and organizations.
  • - Leverage partnerships to expand the marketplace's reach and enhance offerings.
  • - Oversee performance marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media campaigns, SEO, and email marketing.
  • - Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance the overall user experience.
  • - Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and growth initiatives to the executive team and stakeholders.

Reporting

Growth Manager would report into the founders and work closely with Category Managers. In addition work alongside Brand Planners, Brand manager and Media & SEO Teams.
